The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Regina SK, has a requirement
for the lease two high speed monochrome printer/copiers and one
colour printer/copier for a period of 36 months with the option
to renew the equipment for two additional 12 month periods.

The Contractor must provide the equipment in accordance to Annex
A - Statement of Work. This contract also includes delivery and
installation of the photocopier unit as well as training,
preventive and remedial maintenance as described in Annex A -
Statement of Work, and the provision of all imaging consumables
for the duration of the lease.

As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2003 and 2004, bidders must provide a list of all
owners and/or Directors and other associated information as
required. Refer to section 4.21 of the Supply Manual for
additional information on the Integrity Provisions.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
