Trade Agreement: NAFTA/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: GENERAL PURPOSE TRACTOR AND FLAIL MOWERS T7061-150011/A Siopongco, Philip Telephone No: (604) 775-7691 Email: Philip.Siopongco@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca Requirement Transport Canada has a requirement for a general purpose tractor that comes equipped with two (2) self propelled, hydraulically driven, side flail mowers and one (1) mechanically driven rear flail mower. The contract will be for the supply and delivery of a fully operational tractor with the flail mowers attached to: Transport Canada Sandspit Airport No. 1 Airport Road Sandspit, BC V0T 1T0 Please refer to Annex "A" - Requirement for the full description of the tractor and the three flail mowers. Security Requirement There is no security requirement associated with this procurement. Delivery Date The delivery of a general purpose tractor with attached side and rear flail mowers must be completed no later than March 31, 2016. Trade Agreements The following trade agreements apply to this requirement: North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA); Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
