Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: Comprehensive Drinking Water Program EZ897-171882/A Costa, Michaela Telephone No. - (236) 888-7800 Email: Michaela.Costa@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca Requirement: Comprehensive Drinking Water Program Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the provision of professional technical services associated with a Comprehensive Drinking Water Program at multiple government facilities across British Columbia and the Yukon Territory, on an as-and-when requested basis. The objective of the Comprehensive Drinking Water Program is to provide the various technical tools required to assess the quality of the source water and ensure the ongoing safety of the source drinking water. The Contractor must provide the required personnel and resources to assess the quality and safety of drinking water by conducting one or more of the following services: - Vulnerability Risk Assessments - Baseline Chemical Analysis - Drinking Water Monitoring Analysis, and -Technical Specifications Writing The Contractor will be required to undertake the work in accordance with the applicable federal, British Columbia, or Yukon environmental legislation. Canada intends to issue one Task Authorization Contract for a total of $500,000.00. The specific work required will be detailed in each task authorization. The period of the Contract will be three years from Contract award, with two additional one-year periods under the same conditions. There is no security requirements associated with this requirement. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
