Requirement:  Janitorial Services - Paterson Border Crossing

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for the provision of janitorial services. The work will take place at the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), Paterson Border Crossing, Paterson, British Columbia, on a scheduled and on an "as and when requested" basis, for the period of the contract.

The Contractor must provide labour, supervision, equipment, cleaning materials, supplies, and the transportation necessary for janitorial and related services, in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex "A" - Statement of Work. The work must be performed every day of the year between 0700 and 1100 hours.

Contract Period:
The period of the Contract will be two (2) years from Contract award, with three (3) additional one-year periods under the same conditions.

Security:
There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.

Optional Site Visit:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Canada Border Service Agency, Paterson Border Crossing, Paterson, B.C., on Thursday, July 20, 2017. The site visit will begin at 10:00 am PDT.

Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
