    To supply and deliver to Transport Canada, Port Hardy Airport 1 medium duty towed runway sweeper with a minimum (14 ft x 36 inch) broom, and a minimum air blower output rating of 10,000 CFM and include other accessories customarily furnished and installed on this unit, whether specified herein or not. This sweeper is intended to replace the current sweeper in use at the Airport. The full list of specifications are available in the Request for Proposal which will be posted on Buysandsell.gc.ca.
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA), Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the Canadian-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canada-UK Trade Continuity Agreement (Canada-UK TCA), and the Bilateral Free Trade Agreements with Canada-Chile, Canada-Columbia, Canada-Honduras, Canada-Korea, Canada-Panama, Canada-Peru and Canada-Ukraine.

    Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

    Bids will not be accepted if emailed directly to this email address.
    Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
