THIS IS A BID SOLICITATION AGAINST PWGSC SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT #E60HN-11ELEC/_1_/HN to E60HN-11ELEC/_14_/HN for the supply of VARIOUSELECTRONIC PARTS AND COMPONENTS, TOOLS, TEST INSTRUMENTS, RADIO FREQUENCY AND MICROWAVE COMPONENTS.
Only pre-qualified Suppliers from Annex B, Category D) Electric and Electronic Calibration and Testing Instruments / Vector Network Analyzer have been invited to bid. 
As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement this notice is published on GETS for a period of 15 calendar days.
Suppliers that do not already hold a Supply Arrangement for the supply of various electronic parts and components, tools, testinstruments, radio frequency and microwave components identified above with PWGSC cannot submit their bid.
The Department of National Defence requires the following items:
Local-wide Area Network
• One (1) Local-Wide  Area Network Analyzer, OPVXG-10GOptiview XG 10 GB Network Analyst, 
• Gold Support for OPVXG-10G Optiview XG 10GB Network Analyst 
• (1-year with an option for 2 more years), and
• One (1) Removable Hard Drive for OPVXG-10G Network Analyst.
• Communications Systems Analyzer, (Navair Technologies R8000C or equivalent)
Additional Options:
• Gold Support for OPVXG-10G Network Analyst (Year 2)
• Gold Support for OPVXG-10G Network Analyst (Year 3)
Requested delivery date for all of the above mentioned goods is January 15, 2017.
The responsive Supplier already holding a Supply arrangement for the items mentioned above from Public Works and Government Services Canada with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for contract award.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and this notice is being published in accordance with these Agreements.
