Parks Canada requires the design, material, fabrication,
shipment, erection and start-up and commissioning training of a
modular system that can treat water & wastewater as well as
produce power through conventional /non-conventional means at a
remote arctic site in Ivvavik NP that has no access to
conventional power sources.

There is no means of conventional power within Ivvavik NP.  The
location for a modular system is not included in the Yukon power
grid system.  There is no access through roads or rail.  Access
to and within Ivvavik NP is primary via air (helicopter or
airplane).

All design services, material, erection and field work included
and excluded must be in accordance with all applicable Code of
Standard Practices of the building construction industry that
are applicable within the Territory of Yukon and Canada.  The
water treatment system installed within this unit is to meet the
PCA Drinking Water Guidelines and Standards (available upon
request).  The wastewater treatment system is to meet the most
stringent guidelines (Provincial/Federal/Territorial) in place
for such a system.
