The National Research Council has a requirements for the supply of a RF 
shielded building to be located at the Dominion Radio Astrophysical 
Observatory in Penticton, BC.  The building is required to protect the 
receivers on the telescopes at DRAO from interference due to radio 
frequency emissions from electronic equipment used to control, monitor 
and process data from the 
telescopes.

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained
and addressed in the submitted bid.
