REQUIREMENT: The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Telecom Plant Maintenance Services for one (1) year firm, plus two (2) option years.
The services are for the Vernon Military Camp, 2950 15th Avenue, Vernon, BC V1T 6M8, and will provide maintenance and management support services for the Telecommunications Infrastructure.

DELIVERY DATES: For the following periods:
Initial Contract Period: 
• Summer Camp set-up requirements Completion Date: June 30 yearly;
• Camp Closure Process Completion:  September 30 yearly;
• Make recommendations to and assist RCSU (J) J4 Delegate on improved methodsof employing or adding to the VMC suite of Telecommunications and information system resources. Completion Date: September 30 yearly;
• Additional Work as Required: At times between camp set-up and closure, technicians may be requested to perform additional work to repair lines or make other AMCs required due to renovations or for any other reason. Work will be charged at the hourly rate provided for in Annex “B”.
