REQUIREMENT: The Contractor is responsible for provision of all
labour, supervision, material, equipment and transportation
required for JANITORIAL SERVICES as scheduled or on an "as and
when requested" basis for the  Department of National Defence
(DND), CFB Esquimalt, Victoria, BC for locations in the NADEN.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT: 01 APR 2013 - 31 MAR 2016 (three/03 years)
with option to extend for two/02 years in one/01 year options.

SITE VISIT - MANDATORY: A mandatory site visit will be held on
Monday, October 29th at 0900hrs.  Bidders who, for any reason,
cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given
an alternative appointment to view the site and their bids,
therefore, will be rejected as non-compliant.  NO EXCEPTIONS
WILL BE MADE.
