    REQUIREMENT: The Contractor is responsible for provision of all
    labour, supervision, material, equipment and transportation
    required for JANITORIAL SERVICES as scheduled or on an "as and
    when requested" basis for the Pleasant Camp Border Crossing,
    Stikine, Subdivision A, BC
    
    PERIOD OF CONTRACT: 01 DEC 2014 to 30 NOV 2016 with the option
    to renew for 1 x 1 year periods
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: It is recommended that the Bidder or a
    representative fo the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements
    have been made for a tour of the work site. The site visit will
    be held on.
    
    THURSDAY 07 AUG 2014 at 13:00
    Pleasant Camp Border Crossing, Stikine, Subdivision A, BC also
    known as Mile 44 Haines Road
    Meet in front of the maintenance buildings.

    BEFORE AWARD OF A CONTRACT, the following conditions must be met:
    
    (a)	the Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance
    as indicated in Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
    (b)	the Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to
    classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work
    site(s) must meet the security requirement as indicated in Part
    6 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
    (c)	the Bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will
    require access to classified or protected information, assets or
    sensitive work sites.
    
    2.	BIDDERS ARE REMINDED TO OBTAIN THE REQUIRED SECURITY
    CLEARANCE PROMPTLY. Any delay in the award of a contract to
    allow the successful bidder to obtain the required clearance
    will be at the entire discretion of the Contracting Authority.
