REQUIREMENT: The Department of Fisheries and Oceans requires one (1) high pressure compression system to fill the storage tanks of the Canadian Coast Guard Diving Team. Detailed specifications are included in the solicitation documents.

Bidders must provide their best delivery date. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted bid.
