REQUIREMENT: 
The Dominion Astrophysical Observatory, Herzberg Astronomy and Astrophysics Research Centre (HAA), National Research Council of Canada, located in Victoria, British Columbia, has a need for a vector network analyzer (VNA) operating up to at least 65 GHz. This VNA is to be used in the development of high-sensitivity radio astronomy instrumentation. Detailed specifications are included in the solicitation documents.

Mandatory: All deliverables must be received before 29 March 2019. However, bidders also requested to provide their best delivery date in weeks ARO.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid.

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
