    Description of the Requirement:
    
    The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a minimum of THREE (3) Project Monitors, with an option of up to TWO (2) more to assist in the establishment of a new training development program which is required to educate, train and professionally develop members of the Royal Canadian Navy.
