    Request for Regional Master Standing Offer(s) (RMSO) for the supply and delivery including offloading of various quantities of food items to kitchens and ships of various Federal Government Departments and Agencies located within the Pacific Region, British Columbia, Canada on an “as and when requested” basis.
    
    Canada intends to issue a maximum of three (3) standing offers per food category, per delivery zone. 
    
    Note: if you are submitting a bid in reference to E6VIC-220001/A and are awarded a Standing Offer, the period of your SO will be from October 01, 2021 to September 30, 2022. 
    
    Pricing will be valid as of October 01, 2021 and will follow the pricing refresh schedule (per category) included in ANNEX “B-1” Rebid.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement and World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
    
    There is an optional Bidders’ Conference associated with this requirement. 
    
    It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid.
    
    DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

    Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Pacific Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 
    
    Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
