    For the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment,
    transportation and supervision necessary to rent and/or purchase
    various Office Containers and Shipping Containers OR EQUIVALENT
    for the Department of National Defense Lower Mainland and
    Interior British Columbia, Canada on an "as and when requested"
    basis during the period of the Standing Offer, with one
    additional option year extension.  Containers will be used for
    office, storage and shipping purposes.  The rental portion will
    form the majority of the standing offer.  The offeror must allow
    for the purchase of already rented containers.
    
    The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is
    from date of issue to July 31, 2014.
    
    Number of Standing Offers to be Issued:
    It is anticipated that up to 2 Standing Offers may be awarded as
    a result of this Request for Standing Offer solicitation.
    
    Call-ups will be issued on a proportional basis such that the
    highest-ranked offeror receives the largest predetermined
    portion of the work; the second highest-ranked offeror receives
    the second largest predetermined portion of the work - 60
    percent to the highest-ranked offer, 40 percent to the next
    highest-ranked offer.

    Lower Mainland BC: Up to and including, but not restricted to
    Chilliwack and Training areas Abbotsford, Aldergrove, Richmond,
    Whistler, Pemberton, DND Jericho Site Vancouver, Pitt Meadows
    Airport, Cypress Bowl Provincial Park, Vancouver International
    Airport, Langley, BC. 
    
    Interior:  Kelowna, Kamloops, Vernon, Prince George, Trail,
    Penticton and Chilcotin, BC.
