THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT

This notice is to advise ALL interested bidders that in order to
be awarded a contract which contains a security requirement, all
bidders MUST hold a valid Security Clearance granted or approved
by PWGSC Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) at the
level indicated in this solicitation document.


The work involves the indoor and outdoor window cleaning of
premises occupied by Canada Border Services Agency at the
Douglas Border (Peace Arch) Crossing located in Surrey, BC.

A mandatory site visit will be conducted on June 26, 2014 at
10am. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority no later than 1 day before the scheduled visit to
confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who
will attend.


Complete information regarding the requirement can be found in
the solicitation accessible through the Government Electronic
Tendering Service.


It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained
and addressed in the submitted bid.

Bidders intending to submit bids should obtain solicitation

when issued, will be available on GETS. Bidders basing their
