    The Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Esquimalt Urban Search and Rescue
    (USAR) Team located in Victoria, British Columbia  requires
    training to perform to NFPA Standards 1006 and 1670 and as a
    result requires training services to provide USAR Team members
    with Level I and II Structural Collapse courses
