 STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT 

Provide the following: 
Supply and deliver: 

1. Industrial Grade Ride on Scrubber 
2. Adjustable steering wheel/Tilted Steering 
3. Battery operated with built in Charger 
4. Must be able to charge on a 120 volt outlet 
5. Scrubber must recover 100% of water on return 
6. Scrub deck size must be minimum 36” and a maximum of 40” 
7. Removable cylindrical brushes 
8. Separate water tank minimum 50 gallon and maximum 70 gallon 
9. Separate recovery tank minimum 50 gallon and maximum 70 gallon 
10. Separate solution (soap) dispenser tank 
11. Unit must have a drain hose 
12. Minimum 60,000 sq. ft/hr 
13. Back up Alarm 
14. Minimum aisle turn 72 - 84 inches 
15. Water flow must regulate upon turns to minimize puddling. 
16. Operations manual 
17. Industry Standard Parts and Labor warrantee 
18. To include Delivery, Set-up and training of four persons, to be completed on or before 31 March 2018. 
19. Delivery limited to Colwood, British Columbia. Actual Delivery Address will be provided upon contract award.
