The Contractor must deliver two (2) virtual welding systems that consist of a minimum of six (6) individual virtual stations as per Annex A1 to CFB Esquimalt prior to March 30, 2018. Between April 01, 2018 and June 01, 2018 the contractor must provide set up, installation and training to DND personnel for 1 of the virtual welding systems at the CFB Esquimalt location. Between May 01, 2018 and June 01, 2018 the contractor must also provide set up, installation and training to DND personnel for 1 of the virtual welding systems at the CFB Halifax location. TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Further specifications and information are contained in the solicitation package. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
