PAINT STRIPPER

REQUIREMENT: 

Department of National Defence CFB Esquimalt Hazardous Material Section has a requirement for L016002 Paint Stripper and ARDROX2302S Oil Seal Liquid. DND requires 12x 208L drums of Paint Stripper and 2x 208L drums of Oil Seal Liquid to bring levels up on a tank that is already filled with these chemicals, and therefore no substitutions can be accepted.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT: The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to August 31, 2018 inclusive

DELIVERY DATE: While the delivery at destination is required on or before August 31, 2018, the best delivery that can be offered is _______ weeks from late of receipt of contract.

TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

EPOST CONNECT SERVICE: This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
