Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Parachute Instruction Facility Infrastructure W0133-12F554/A Szczesniak, Michal Telephone No. - (250) 363-8312 The Department of National Defence - Canadian Forces School of Search and Rescue requires a service provider capable of supplying support to its two parachute training programs, including the provision of aircraft resources and parachute instruction facility infrastructure, on an "as and when requested basis" until May 31, 2013. The resulting contract will include an option to extend the period for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Since each training program has its own unique set of circumstances, Task Authorizations will be issued on an "as and when requested basis" to identify task deliverables within the scope of the resulting contract. Complete information regarding the requirement can be found in the bid solicitation documents accessible through the Government Electronic Tendering Service (MERX). The bid solicitation documents contain all the requirements relating to the bid solicitation. Any other information or documentation provided to or obtained by a bidder from any source are not relevant. Bidders should not assume that practices used under previous contracts will continue, unless they are described in the bid solicitation. Bidders should also not assume that their existing capabilities meet the requirements of the bid solicitation simply because they have met previous requirements. Canada will evaluate only the documentation provided with a bidder's bid. Canada will not evaluate information such as references to web site addresses where additional information can be found, or technical manuals or brochures not submitted with the bid. Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to carefully review the bid solicitation documents to ensure submitted bids are compliant with the mandatory requirements of the solicitation. After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
