Supply, deliver, and install steel storage shelving and drawer
units in accordance with the requirement of the solicitation
document to the Department of National Defence, Fleet
maintenance Facility Cape Breton, Victoria, BC V9A 7N2 Canada.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be
declared responsive.  The responsive bid with the lowest
