Amendment No. 002 to clarify evaluated extended totals in Annex B - Basis of Payment for financial evaluation tables B.2 and B.4 of the English solicitation (Table B.4 of French solicitation only). Offerors who have already submitted this offer are not required to resubmit their financial offer.

Amendment No. 001 to amend/clarify the requirements for online access to rack pricing fluctuations for bulk liquid propane.

SUMMARY:

Request for Standing Offer (RFOS) for the Supply and delivery of liquified petroleum gas (Propane in bulk and filled cylinders), rental or lease of propane cylinders or tanks, and the repair and maintenance of propane tanks including testing and remarking of cylinders and/or tanks on an "as and when requested" basis by the Authorized Users as set out in the RFSO. 

The total area of coverage is comprised of eleven (11) geographic regions.

PWGSC intends to issue one Standing Offer for each geographical region. An Offeror may submit an offer on one or more regions. Should one Offeror provide the lowest evaluated price for multiple geographic regions, PWGSC will issue a single standing offer to that Offeror indicating all applicable regions. Only the region(s) offered by the Supplier in its Offer will be included in the resulting Standing Offer.

A maximum of eleven (11) Standing Offers  may be issued as a result of this Request for Standing Offer.

Estimated yearly usages provided in the solicitation are for financial evaluation purposes only and do not represent a commitment by the Authorized Users. Actual usage will vary.

The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish Regional Master Standing Offers for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the RFSO, to the Authorized Users in British Columbia and the Yukon, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs).

This RFSO allows offerors to use the CPC Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Refer to the Offeror Instructions and to the Offer Preparation Instructions detailed in the RFSO for further information on using this method.
