    Requirement
    
    The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
    provision of Bus Charter services to the Albert Head Air Cadet
    Summer Training Centre (AHACSTC) at Victoria BC and the Cadet
    Summer Training Centre (CSTC) HMCS Quadra at Comox BC and
    surrounding area training sites.
    
    The period of the Contract is from date of award to September
    30, 2014 inclusive,
    
    The requirements under this solicitation have been divided into
    two Streams.  As such, up to 2 contracts may be recommended for
    award.  Bidders are to identify within their submitted proposal
    the Stream(s) of Work their proposal is to be evaluated against.
     A Bidder may bid on one or both Streams, and a single Bidder
    may be awarded more than one Stream of Work.
    The Streams of Work include:  
    
    STREAM 1:  	is for the exclusive use of bus charters by the
    Cadet Summer Training Centre (CSTC) HMCS Quadra at Comox BC.
    
    STREAM 2: 	is for the exclusive use of bus charters by the
    Albert Head Air Cadet Summer Training Centre (AHACSTC) at
    Victoria BC.
    
    The estimated usages shown in the Tables below are provided for
    information to Bidders only; actual usages will vary.
