Requirement

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a
Contract with Task Authorizations for the installation,
examination, calibration and testing of all Gas Alarm
Annunciation Systems in various buildings located on airport
premises at or near an operational aviation zone at CFB Comox,
Lazo BC in accordance with the solicitation document.  

The Work includes:
annual or semi-annual calibration and inspection of equipment
listed in Annex A;
installation on an "as and when requested" basis;
component repair/replacement on an "as and when requested" basis;
emergency service on an "as and when requested" basis; and
written service reports on a periodic basis.

The period of the Contract is from date of contract award to 30
November 2018.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
