Cadet Training - Kayaking

Requirement

For the provision of all meals, kayaking instruction, kayaking expedition and supervision of 24 participants that includes 20 Army Cadets and 4 adult staff Cadet Instructor Cadre (CIC) officers for the 2019 Regional Expedition - West Coast Challenge, with options for services in 2020 and 2021 as described in the solicitation document. 

The Work is to be performed during the period of 21-24 May 2019. 
The proposed dates for 2020 will be 19-22 May and the  dates for 2021 will be 25-28 May (CANADA OPTION).

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
