Requirement

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the provision of laundry services, as and when requested, to 19 Wing Comox in accordance with the solicitation document. 

It is anticipated that up to 2 Standing Offer Agreements will be issued as a result of this Request for Standing Offer, one (1) for each of the following streams:
A) for the year round requirement of CFB Comox and;
B) for the seasonal requirement for Quadra Cadet Camp.
It is possible that both streams may be issued to the same vendor. 

The projected business volume is estimated at approximately $41,000.00 per year, GST extra.  Actual usage will vary. 

The period of the Standing Offer(s) will be two (2) years from date of issuance, with options to extend for up to 2 additional one-year period(s).

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Pacific Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Bids will not be accepted if emailed directly to this email address.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.
