Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) Compressor Maintenance
GSIN:  JX4310A

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to service
Breathing Air Compressors along with associated controls and
piping by providing inspection, maintenance, repair and overhaul
services for CFB Esquimalt at various locations under their
jurisdiction on Vancouver Island in accordance with Annex A, 
Statement of Work.

The Standing Offer will be issued for a period of two (2) years,
with up to two (2) optional one (1) year extensions.

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007, a
Consent to a Criminal Record 	Verification form, must be
submitted with the offer, by Request for Standing Offers closing
	date, for each individual who is currently on the Offeror's
Board of Directors.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
