REQUIREMENT: The Department of National Defence, 19 Wing Comox Fitness and Community Centre, has a requirement for the supply and installation of cardiovascular fitness equipment, including treadmills, self-propelled treadmills, stair steppers, a rowing machine, and spin bikes. 

PERIOD OF CONTRACT: All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2016.

TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process.  Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.  The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
