JANITORIAL SERVICES - CBSA VANCOUVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

REQUIREMENT: To provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary for janitorial services for Canadian Border Services Agency, Vancouver International Airport (YVR) on a scheduled and on an “as and when requested” basis for a ONE/01 year period with an option to extend for FOUR/04 additional ONE/01 year periods in accordance with the details outlined herein and with Annex “A” Statement of Work attached herein.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT:  The period of the Contract is for a ONE/01 year period from the date of Contract award with the option to extend for FOUR/04 additional ONE/01 year periods.

TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process.  Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.  The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT

This notice is to advise ALL interested bidders that in order to be awarded a contract which contains a security requirement, all bidders MUST hold a valid Security Clearance granted or approved by PWGSC Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) at the level indicated in this solicitation document.

Should the bidder not currently hold a valid Security Clearance or require the level to be upgraded, PWGSC will sponsor the bidder.
