The potential purchase is to replace a Hyster Pick and Carry Crane that is currently in use at the Esquimalt Graving Dock. Mandatory Requirements: Minimum Load Capacity 16 tonne Mobile Crane must comply with all Canadian and British Columbian Safety Standards and Regulations regarding Mobile Cranes Rear Axle - Steering and oscillating. Front Axle(s) is Drive only -No front steering capabilities (unless front steering can be fully disengaged, while rear steering remains operational) Pneumatic Rubber Tires Electric over Hydraulic Winch with Swivel hook block and headache ball (minimum load capacity 16 tonnes) Overall boom length must be minimum 8 meters Electric over Hydraulic powered functions Must comply with CSA approved Safety Devices - Load Monitoring Indicators (LMI) - Anti-Two Block Enclosed Cab with heater Diesel powered Engine Engineered Lifting Lugs (capable of being lifted by another crane) CSA compliant Electric system for travel on road with front lamps and rear lights. English Operators, Parts, Service Manuals and Load Charts English Service and Parts Support Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
