    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 31034-179527 /A dated 2017-11-24 with a closing of 2018-01-05 at 14:00 Pacific Standard Time (PST). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
    
    REQUIREMENT: National Research Council Canada (NRC) has a requirement for modified shipping containers (Seacans). NRC requires one (1) configuration with 2 (two) containers welded together to form a 16’ wide by 40’ long unit. NRC also requires the option to purchase an additional one (1) container that is 8’ wide by 40’ long. 
    
    Bidders must quote delivery time frame.  
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
    
    It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid.
    
    Bidders intending to submit bids should obtain solicitation documents from the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS) at https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS. Bidders basing their submissions on solicitation documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk.
