Amendment 004 provides responses to bidder questions.

Amendment 003 provides responses to bidder questions and extends the solicitation closing date.

Amendment 002 modifies the RFP and provides responses to bidder questions.

Amendment 001 modifies the NPP to include the trade agreements and extend the bid closing date to 40 days on the NPP and on page 1 of the RFP document.

The Department of National Defence namely, the Royal Canadian Navy has a requirement for the design, development and delivery of e-learning products including Distributed Learning and Computer Based Training courseware at Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt, British Columbia for a period of up to 5 years.
