REQUIREMENT: 

The Department of National Defence (DND), located in Victoria, British Columbia, have a requirement for one (1) closed loop chiller for the HomoCarb furnace fan bearing in the Heat Treatment Facility at Fleet Maintenance Facility CAPE BRETON (FMF CB). Detailed specifications are included in the solicitation documents.

Mandatory: All deliverables must be received before 31 March 2021. However, bidders also requested to provide their best delivery date in weeks after receipt of order.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid.

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
