REQUIREMENT: 
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer, to provide individual, cold-boxed meals for the Aircrew of 443 (Maritime Helicopter) Squadron, on an as and when requested basis.

Meals will be picked up by DND. Pick-up location must be within a maximum driving distance of 10 km of the 443 Squadraon, located at 1593 Kittyhawk Rd, North Saanich, BC V8L 5V6.  

The period of the RISO is from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer to March 31,2021, with the option to extend for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year under the same conditions.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid.

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
