    The National Microbiology Laboratory (NML) at Canadian Science Centre 
    for Human and Animal Health (CSCHAH) has a requirementfor repair, 
    maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, calibration and installation 
    of components related to chilled water systems greater than 1800 ton.
    
    The Scope of Work detailed herein includes, but shall not be limited 
    to, the provision, bythe Contractor, of all labour, supervision, 
    material and equipment necessary to complete the work and provide the 
    services as detailed herein.
    
    The contract will have scheduled services and on an as and when 
    requested basis, for a two (2) year period with Canada retaining an 
    irrevocable option to extend the contract for three (3) additional one 
    (1) year periods in accordance with the terms and conditions.

    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade 
    Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),the North 
    American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal 
    Trade (AIT).
    
    There is an optional site visit associated with this requirement. 
    Consult Part 2 Bidder Instructions. Bidders are requested to 
    communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than May 12, 2017 
    to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will 
    attend.
