The Department of National Defense (DND) Royal Military College of Canada (RMC)/Environmental Sciences Group (ESG) has a requirement for the drilling of boreholes and the installation of monitoring wells using a sonic drill rig to study ammunitions residues in soil and groundwater within the Manoeuver Training Area (MTA) - Phase 1 and Base Administrative Area (BAA) at Canadian Forces Base Suffield (CFB Suffield), Suffield, Alberta. All drilling and well installations for Phase 1 must be performed during the period of 26 September 2019 to 9 October, 2019. There is an option to purchase the services for Phase 2 on or before 31 March 2021.

The Statement of Work detailed herein includes, but shall not be limited to, the provision, by the Contractor, of all labour, supervision, material and equipment necessary to complete the work and provide the services as detailed herein.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
