    Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) Research Stations located
    in Lacombe and Lethbridge in Alberta, Indian Head, Saskatoon and
    Swift Current in Saskatchewan; Brandon, Morden and Winnipeg in
    Manitoba and Ottawa, Ontario co-ordinate winter nursery services
    for AAFC plant breeders in the Americas. Current users of the
    winter nursery service include AAFC plant breeders of flax,
    barley, peas, wheat and oats.
    
    AAFC requires the services of an Offeror to plant, manage and
    harvest cereals (wheat, durum, barley and oats), flax, and peas
    experimental lines to specified quantities and purity standards
    for individual AAFC plant breeding programs and to plant,
    manage, harvest and condition pure seed, bulk planted pedigreed
    increases of cereal, oilseed and pulse lines or varieties to
    standards equivalent of Canadian Breeder Seed.
    
    The services include arranging phytosanitary inspection /
    certification and other documentation for all seed shipped to
    Canada and delivery of the packaged seed to a commercial
    shipping agent in Chile.
    
    The period of the Standing Offer is three years from
    approximately August 1, 2015 to July 31, 2018.
    
    As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
    Instructions 2006, offerors must provide a list of all owners
    and/or Directors and other associated information as required.
    
    For services requirements, Offerors must provide the required
    information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the Request
    for Standing Offers (RFSO), in order to comply with Treasury
    Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former
    public servants.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
    Internal Trade (AIT).
