To provide Janitorial Services including all labour, material
and equipment for Public Works and
Government Services Canada (PWGSC), located at the Government of
Canada Building (GOCB)
Qimugjuk Building # 969 in Iqaluit, Nunavut, on a scheduled and
as and when requested basis, from
approximately 01 November 2015 to March 31, 2017 with Canada
retaining an irrevocable option to
extend the contract for three (3) additional one (1) year
periods in accordance with the terms and
conditions detailed in the solicitation document.

The services must be provided in accordance with the
specifications outlined in Annex A - Statement of
Work.

There are security requirements associated with this
requirement. For additional information, consult Part
6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 -
Resulting Contract Clauses. For more
information on personnel and organization security screening or
security clauses, bidders should refer to
the Industrial Security Program (ISP) of Public Works and
Government Services Canada (http://ssiiss.

There is a mandatory site visit associated with this
requirement. Consult Part 2 - Bidder Instructions.

As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2003, bidders must provide a list
of all owners and/or Directors and other associated information
as required.

For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required
information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part
2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury
Board policies and directives on contracts
awarded to former public servants.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government
Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The requirements of the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement (NLCA)
will apply to the proposed
Procurement.
