A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery
of Miscellaneous Groceries, as required by the Department of
National Defence 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba. 

The Standing Offer will be in effect from August 1, 2015 to July
31, 2016, as a period of one year. 

Up to three (3) standing offers could be issued for the product
list in Annex B - Basis of Payment. 

As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006, offerors must provide a list of all owners
and/or Directors and other associated information as required. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT). 

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
