Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: If 2+ bids offer Canadian goods/services other bids will not be considered Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: Food Services, Yellowknife W1568-160097/A Guilford, Alison Telephone No. - (204) 228-7215 Fax No. - (204) 983-7796 The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the services of a Contractor to provide Food Services to twenty-five (25) authorized personnel employed with the Loyal Edmonton Regiment (L EDMN R). This service includes, but is not limited to the preparation (acquire, prepare and cook) and delivery of hot and cold freshly prepared food items and meals. The Contractor, using some DND facilities, will provide Food Services from Wednesday, May 3, 2016 to Friday, May 27, 2016 inclusive. These meals are to be served within the geographic boundaries of Yellowknife city limits. The meal service location will be the Personnel Accommodation Building (PAB) kitchen or within a temporary/austere school house camp that would be set up in view of the Personnel Accommodation Building (PAB)/Forward Operating Location (FOL). This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement: Tlicho Land Claims Agreement (TLCA). The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
