Line 1, Introduction to Welding Course

This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the work required by a compliant contractor to provide an Introduction to Welding Course for the Department of National Defence (DND).  The contractor must deliver Introductory training in welding for up to eighteen (18) military aircraft structures technicians per year to be trained within the period of 1 October 2017 to 1 October 2020. Additionally, the contractor must provide course administration, facilities, training materials and equipment.

A complete list of the mandatory performance specifications are detailed in the Annex A.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Agreement (WTO), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
