A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of miscellaneous groceries, as required by the Department of National Defence, CFB Shilo, Flatlands Dining Hall, Shilo, Manitoba.  The Standing Offer (s) will be in effect for a one year period, from approximately August 1, 2017 to July 31, 2018.

Up to 3 Standing Offers could be issued.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
