Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the provision of meals and accommodations required to support the Cadet Flying Training Centre (CFTC) in Gimli, Manitoba on an “as and when requested” basis.  The majority of the work will be carried out between February and November each year excluding the months June, July and August.

DND will be conducting various training and courses at Gimli Industrial Park Airport, Manitoba.  The accommodations and food services must be within 10 Kilometers of Gimli Industrial Park Airport, Gimli, Manitoba.  Work under this contract is for the provision of all labour, equipment, materials, food products, supervision and transportation required to provide accommodations and food services as per the cadet feeding standard attached at Appendix B.  The period of Contract will be from date of Contract award until 31-Mar-2019 inclusive with the option to extend the contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year period. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)."
