Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: If 2+ bids offer Canadian goods/services other bids will not be considered Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: LED Lights 5K004-170711/A Palmer, Adele Telephone No. - (204) 807-6396 Fax No. - (204) 983-7796 LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE (LED) BULBS The Canadian Grain Commissions (CGC) Quality Assurance Standards and Reinspection, Industry Services department has a requirement for the supply and delivery of 2 foot and 4 foot light-emitting diode (LED) bulbs to fit into current florescent light fixtures. The requirement is detailed under Article 6.2 of the resulting contract clauses. If bidder passes Part A, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) will contact the bidder to send the equivalent LED bulbs to CGC for bench testing, refer to Part B - Bench Test Criteria. All the deliverables must be received on or before the dates indicated in Annex A and Annex B. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services. FOB Destination: Canadian Grain Commission (CGC), Winnipeg, MB. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
