TITLE: JANITORIAL SERVICES - CHURCHILL AIRPORT

To provide all labour and supervision to complete and perform
janitorial services for Transport Canada. Services are for the
Churchill Airport, located in Churchill, Manitoba, as further
described in Annex A, Statement of Work.  The period of the
Contract is for one (1) year from date of Contract award with
Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the Contract
for an additional one (1) year period.

Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2003.

For services requirements, Bidders in receipt of a pension or a
lump sum payment must provide the required information as
detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreeement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
