TITLE:	DROPLET DIGITAL PCR SYSTEM

The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), located in
Lethbridge, Alberta has a requirement for the supply and
delivery of one (1) Droplet Digital Polymerase Chain Reaction
(ddPCR or dPCR) System, as detailed in Annex A.

Delivery must include all parts, options and specifications
listed in the supporting solicitation documentation.

While delivery is requested by January 15, 2015 the best
delivery that could be offered is acceptable.

FOB destination: Public Health Agency of Canada, Laboratory for
Foodborne Zoonoses, Lethbridge, Alberta. 

TRADE AGREEMENTS
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
