Snow Removal Services


On behalf of Public Works and Government Services Canada, to
provide snow removal services at Fisheries and Oceans Canada at
501 University Crescent, Winnipeg, Manitoba as specified in the
Statement of Work and in accordance with the terms and
conditions detailed in the solicitation document.  The contract
will be in effect from the date of award until 30 September
2014, with option to renew for two one year periods.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangments have been made for a
site visit to be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 9:30
a.m. SHARP at 501 University Crescent in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
than one (1) calendar day  before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will
attend.  Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. 
Bidders should confirm in the bids that they ave attended the
site visit.

Bidders are able to park their vehicles in the parking lot in
front of the building.

Bidder who do not attend or send a representative will not be
given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected
as non-compliant.  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Bidders who show up late for the Site Visit will not be
permitted to attend the site visit and their bids will be
rejected as non-compliant.  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
