Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to
establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for:

	A)	Inspection, repair, overhaul, modification and/or reduction
to spares of the 			CT142 Dash 8 aircraft specialized avionics
components at the Contractor's 			facility or by Mobile Repair
Party (MRP);

	B)  	Technical Investigation and Engineering Support (TIES)
services in support of 			the CT142 Dash 8 aircraft avionics
equipment;

as required by the Department of National Defence - 402 Squadron
located at 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba. 

The Standing Offer will be valid for a period of three (3)
years, with the option to extend for two (2) -  one (1) year
option periods.

Request for Standing Offer.

Estimated dollar amount: $175,000.00 CAD per year, including
GST. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on
any procurement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
